Using an if / then / else / elseif

when HTTP_REQUEST {
        if {[HTTP::host] equals "dvwa.f5lab.com" }{
                pool <pool_name>
        elseif ...
}

Or using a switch statement

when HTTP_REQUEST {
        switch [HTTP::host] {
                "dvwa.f5lab.com" { pool <pool_name>}

}
